How can I be sure a direct deposit was posted to my account?

To confirm your direct deposit posted your account, check your account transaction history by logging in to the GO2bank app or GO2bank.com.

On the app, select “Checking” to see your recent transactions and direct deposit activity.

On GO2bank.com, click the arrow next to your “Bank account” to see your transactions and direct deposit activity.

You can also set up the “Direct deposit posted” notification under “Preferences” in the GO2bank app “Menu” or in “Settings” on GO2bank.com and we’ll automatically notify you any time a direct deposit is received. Carrier message and data rates apply.

Note: Your payor will usually provide a payment stub or notice to let you know the amount of the payment deposited to your account. GO2bank has no additional information other than what is provided in your account.
