What else should I consider when filing a dispute?
- Change your password and or PIN if you see transactions you don't recognize to prevent further unauthorized transactions.
- If your card has been misplaced, you can lock your card through the Manage cards page online or in the GO2bank app.
- If your card is lost, or stolen, please report your card lost/stolen online or by calling 855-459-1334. If you report unauthorized transactions, we will deactivate your card and issue a replacement.
- If the issue involves merchandise or service, often it is faster to contact the merchant that made the charge as they can cancel or reverse the transaction. If the merchant agrees to issue credit, ask them how long it will be until you see the credit on your account.
