What if a cashier tells me I can't add cash to a GO2bank card at the store, or I can only add cash to Green Dot cards?

Give the cashier your cash and card, then ask the cashier to swipe your card. The register will automatically determine if the GO2bank card is one of hundreds of debit cards eligible to add cash. If your debit card isn’t eligible, the register will automatically decline the attempt.
