My bank transfer was rejected. Why?
There are a few reasons why your bank transfer could be rejected:
- The bank account you’re transferring from may not have enough funds in it to make the transfer.
- The bank account you’re transferring from may be closed.
- Your first bank transfer has not processed You must wait until your first transfer has processed before making another transfer.
- The login credentials for the bank account you’re transferring from have been updated. If this happens you will be asked to re-link your bank account with the updated login credentials. Visit the bank account you are transferring funds from for more information.
