Log in to the GO2bank app Select Menu
Select Manage cards under settings
Select Report a card lost or stolen
Review or update your info and Confirm
Please note that confirming your card lost or stolen will immediately deactivate your card.
There is no fee for your card replacement
It will take 7-10 days for your new GO2bank card to arrive in the mail.
