How do I report my card lost/stolen?
You can report your GO2bank debit card lost or stolen by taping "Manage cards" under "Settings" in the GO2bank app or GO2bank.com. For your account's protection, reporting your card lost or stolen will immediately deactivate your card. A new card will be automatically sent to the mailing address we have on file for your account and should arrive within 7-10 days.
You can also report your card lost or stolen by calling Customer Support at (855) 459-1334.
