How do I lock/unlock my GO2bank debit card?
You can lock or unlock your account in the app or GO2bank.com
- Log in to your GO2bank account.
- In the app, tap "Menu and “Manage cards.” On GO2bank.com, go to “Settings” and “Manage cards.”
- Toggle the slider to lock or unlock your card.
By locking your card, withdrawals and debit transactions associated with your card will not be authorized until you unlock your card.
Payments will not be blocked. Some previously authorized activity will continue.
