How do I activate the card I got in the mail?
Opened an account online?
You can easily activate your chip-enabled debit card at GO2bank.com/start. You’ll be asked to provide the below info to verify your identity.
– 16-digit debit card number
– Expiration date
– 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card)
– Your Social Security number and date of birth
You will also need to create a PIN for ATM withdrawals and card purchases.
Or, you can activate your debit card in the GO2bank app. You'll be asked to provide the info below and will need to create a PIN:
– Last 4 digits of your debit card number
– Expiration date
– 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card)
– Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
Received a GO2bank offer and debit card in the mail?
You can activate your debit card at GO2bank.com/start and provide the info below to verify your identity. Or, you can call (855) 449-0703 to activate your card over the phone. If you activate by phone, you'll then need accept the terms and conditions at GO2bank.com/start to complete your registration.
– 16-digit debit card number
– Expiration date
– 3-digit security code (found on the back of your card)
– Email address
– Date of birth and Social Security number
– Mobile phone number
You will also need to create a password to access your account online and a PIN for ATM withdrawals and card purchases.
