How do I report my card lost or stolen?
You can report your GO2bank debit card lost or stolen in the GO2bank app or online.
In the GO2bank app, tap “Menu”, then “Account”, then ‘Manage cards.” On GO2bank.com, select “Settings, then “Manage cards”.
- Select “Report a card lost or stolen”.
- Select “Confirm card lost or stolen”.
For your account's protection, reporting your card lost or stolen will immediately deactivate your card. A new card will be automatically sent to the mailing address we have on file for your account and should arrive within 7-10 days.
You can also report your card lost or stolen by calling Customer Support at (855) 459-1334.
