What do I do If I forgot my email address or password to log into my account?​

If you forgot your email address or password used to log in to your GO2bank account, tap "Trouble logging in" on the login screen on the GO2bank app or GO2bank.com for help options. If you forgot the email you use to access your account, you will need your card information and last 4 digits of your SSN. To reset your password, enter your email address associated with your account and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
