Can I opt out at any time?

Yes, you may opt out of overdraft protection at any time by logging into to your account using the GO2bank app or GO2bank.com. In general, your opt out request will be effective immediately, and we will send you an email to confirm your opt out request. However, any pending purchase transactions may still take the account below $0 and result in a $15 overdraft fee.
